Are you new to the world of property investment and like the idea of dipping your toe into the property investment pool? Or perhaps you’re a current investor who simply wants to extend their portfolio, step by step. Either way, taking on a Minor Investment project could be the best choice.
HOW WE DEFINE MINOR DEVELOPMENTS
These are where the number of dwellings to be constructed is fewer than 10. If the number of dwellings remains unspecified, then a site area of less than 0.5 hectares would be classed as a Minor Investment. For non-residential developments, we would say that a Minor Development is one where the floor area is less than 1,000 square metres or the entire site area is less than 1 hectare. Also classed as a Minor Development would be extensions to existing properties or demolitions.
